Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse is a 2023 American computer-animated superhero film starring Miles Morales / Spider-Man from Marvel Comics. It is the sequel to Spider-Man. Into the Spider-Verse (2018), produced by Columbia Pictures and Sony Pictures Animation in collaboration with Marvel Entertainment. And distributed by Sony Pictures Releasing. It is set in a shared multiverse of other realities known as the “Spider-Verse.” Joaquim Dos Santos, Kemp Powers, and Justin K. Thompson (in their feature directing debuts) directed the picture, which was written by Phil Lord, Christopher Miller, and David Callaham. Miles is voiced by Shameik Moore, who co-stars with Hailee Steinfeld, Brian Tyree Henry, Luna Lauren Vélez, Jake Johnson, Jason Schwartzman, Issa Rae, Karan Soni, Daniel Kaluuya, and Oscar Isaac. In the film, Miles embarks on an expedition across the multiverse with Gwen Stacy / Spider-Woman. Where he encounters a new squad of Spider-People known as the Spider-Society, commanded by Miguel O’Hara / Spider-Man 2099, but clashes with them about how to deal with a new threat.
